Do you offer a free Meet and Greet?

Yes, I offer a complimentary Meet and Greet before the first booking, this allows me to get to know you and your pet, discuss routines, and answer any questions.

Yes, I am fully insured for dog walking and pet sitting services for your peace of mind.

What happens during a dog walk?

Your dog will receive a safe, enjoyable walk tailored to their age, fitness level, and personality. Fresh water will be provided afterward, and I will ensure they are settled comfortably before leaving.

How long are the walks?

I offer flexible walk lengths to suit your dog’s age, breed, fitness level and individual needs. Walks are available in 30, 45 or 60 minute sessions. As all walks are tailored to your dog, I’d be happy to recommend the most suitable option during my complimentary meet and greet.

Do you walk dogs individually or in groups?

I specialise in solo dog walks, ensuring your dog receies my full attention throughout the walk. I will only walk dogs from the same household together, providing a calm, personalised experience tailored to their needs.

What if my dog has special requirements?

I am happy to accommodate specific needs, including senior dogs, puppies, medication administration, and special routines. Please discuss any requirements during the consultation.

What does pet sitting include?

Pet sitting includes feeding, fresh water, exercise, playtime, companionship, and maintaining your pet's normal routine while you are away.

Can you administer medication?

Yes, provided clear instructions are given and the medication can be administered safely.

Will I receive updates while I'm away?

Absolutely, I can provide regular updates, photos, videos and messages so you know your pet is happy and well cared for.

What happens in bad weather?

Walks will be adjusted to suit weather conditions and your dog's safety. In extreme weather, walks may be shortened and replaced with enrichment activities where appropriate.

What if I need to cancel?

Please provide as much notice as possible. Cancellation terms will be outlined in my booking policy.

How do I pay?

Payment can be made via bank transfer, cash, or other agreed payment methods. Payment terms will be confirmed when booking.

What information do you need before caring for my pet?

I will ask for details including emergency contact information, veterinary details, feeding routines, exercise requirements, medical conditions, behavioural information, and any special instructions.

Are all pets welcome?

Yes, I care for dogs, and many small pets. Please contact me to discuss your specific pet care needs.
